ALCATEL deploys the first center of Internet calls in Czech Republic for Internet Online, leader ISP of the country
Internet Online reinforces the quality of its client relationship thanks to Alcatel OmniTouch
Internet OnLine (IOL), one of the principal providers of Internet access in Czech Republic, chose the solution Alcatel OmniTouch for its center of calls based on the Web. This center of calls is the first deployed in Czech Republic. It will make it possible IOL more quickly to fulfill the increasing requirements of its customers, to improve the communications with them and to better inform them about the services available.
Jiri Kysela, director of the services of support customer of IOL declares " the center of Web calls from Alcatel allowed us to solve the problems of communication which we had with our customers. Today, thanks to Alcatel, we have a modern tool to manage, plan and optimize the processes of support customer while reinforcing the quality of our services ".
IOL chose Alcatel CWEB (Contact Center Web), which forms part of the solution Alcatel OmniTouch, to meet the needs for a great number of users. The customers of IOL can thus get information about the offers of Internet access, the services of classification etc by the intermediary of the center of calls and its 30 agents. The center of contacts IOL is accessible via the Web sites from IOL or by composing a specific number.
A Net surfer visiting the site www.iol.cz will find there all information relating to the company, and will be able to reach directly the center of calls starting from the Web site For example, if a customer wishes to contact an agent IOL, it will be enough for him to cliquer on the icon " Contact me " to come into contact immediately with an operator, that is to say by e-mail (Cat) or telephone (Web Call Back). During the conversation, the agent can consult a Web page at the same time as the customer (function of Co-navigation) and thus help it to find information which it seeks or to stress certain pages likely to interest him. Internet OnLine proposes from now on to its customers reliable and fast services.
