There is a certain seasonality to OPAY's revenues. Their big quarter this year was the second quarter: $17.7 million in sales. They have been signing numerous other contracts that should add revenues year round. Additionally, the CEO is Tom Evans, the adult that took Geocities public and sold it to Yahoo. Imperial Bank, which is being taken over by Comerica, owns 56% of the stock.

You might also want to put LNTY on your watch list. At 4 5/8, it is expected to be break even in mid-2001. They appear to have a technological edge on their competition and they have over $4.00 in cash per share. I recently played it for a 45% pop and I would love to see it fall back into the $3 1/2 to $4 range.
