Ok. Here is the summary of that miserable call by Cube.

Press Release
C-Cube Summarizes 2001 Fiscal Year Conference Call
C-Cube Reiterates Comfort with Fourth Quarter 2000 and Fiscal 2001 Revenue and EPS Guidance
MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 18, 2000--On December 14, 2000 C-Cube Microsystems Inc. (Nasdaq:CUBE - news) conducted an open conference call to fulfill its promise made during the last earnings call to provide an update on the business outlook for fiscal year 2001.

During the call, the company stated their comfort with revenue and earnings per share guidance for the fourth quarter 2000 of $74 million and $0.15, as well as maintained the revenue and earnings per share guidance for fiscal year 2001 of $321 million and $0.65. However, due to issues in the professional non-linear editing market as well as a recent economic slow down, the company lowered its first quarter 2001 forecast. The company-provided guidance is based on recently announced new products that are scheduled to begin shipping in the second quarter of 2001, feedback from our customers, data published by third parties and acceleration of the growth from our expansion platforms.

The guidance given on the call is as follows:
Q1: $61M in revenue with $0.07 EPS
Q2: $72-74M in revenue with $0.12-0.14 EPS
Q3: $88-91M in revenue with $0.21-0.23 EPS
Q4: $95-97M in revenue with $0.22-0.24 EPS
