The market takes everything negatively these days. That doesn't make it a bad idea. The point is to control 1) Content, 2) Paying subscribers, and 3) The pipe. AOL-TWX now has all three. AOL alone, only two. YHOO only has one, as does ELNK. Don't speculate as to what YHOO might "want to be" - the question was "what should it want to be?" How 'bout combining T, YHOO and ELNK? ATT/YaLink? MaEarthoo? MotherEarth.net? ;-) Bob
