09:56 ET Sawtek (SAWS) 49 3/4 -15 1/4: -- Update -- Banc of America Securities downgrades Sawtek to BUY from STRONG BUY; says potential for a competing Qualcomm (QCOM) product does not impact near-term estimates but will reduce longer term earnings power. We're hearing that First Union downgraded SAWS as well.
