I just saw that. Disappointing but understandable. At least now we know why the stock was weak on Friday. News of the cancelled meeting must have slipped out. If it's true the DOJ clears its desk for the holidays by Dec. 15, then it could have been bureaucratic minutia that held up the closing. I've closed enough deals, granted, not at the DOJ level, to know signings can go on for weeks past deadlines --- and the bigger the companies involved, the more hold-ups there are. BTW, this is the first time Don Scifres hasn't delivered and this time he's at the mercy of forces beyond his control. Pat
