TO ALL:

Here is a brief of fax I received......

News release of 17 June company wishes to expand on memorandom of understanding with Portugese company to acquire 52% of a diamond mine concession in Angola.
Feasability studies indicate reserves of mainly gem qaulity diamonds, average selling price of diamonds is reported to be $370 US per carat But this info has not been confirmed.
Endiama, the Angolan Government Management Agency, has in it's possession drilling results confirming reserves but STS has not been provided copies of these drilling maps. STS hopes to get them within 2 weeks. STS consulting geologist is expected to return to Vancouver by 30 June 1996 and his report is expected in July.

My fax came from R&M Trading so judge for yourself at least that is what it says at the top of the fax. About a month ago I talk to someone about receiving info sinc I was am investor and when they call they ask me if I still am...
I do own a small share of stock in STS> I also keep a copy of allfaxes for about 6 months just in case questions arise.

Good Luck
