i know how you feel... i think an FUTOPT acct w/ them is kinda worthless as I called Fri and told them I could not trade Jan or Feb options at all last week (only Mar). they were going to call me back w/ a status Fri aft and still no call. perhaps you and I are their only FUTOPT customers :-)
