Did you purposely post a false OS number of
139 mill post r/s shares OS in your post
to which I'm replying on 12/16/00?

I called the transfer agent today 12/18/00
at 303-282-4800 and the OS number was in line with what
I suspected based upon shares increases
due to acquisitions. Your number was bogus.

The count is still at 113,860,556 which is in line
with the 30 mil post r/s, 45 mil for the GS reverse merger,
and the 30% more shares for the Affinity acquisition.

Hopefully you were mistaken and didn't purposely lie.
Regardless, you should have called and verified
with the TA before posting incorrect info, which
by its very nature and how you expounded upon this
info was used to manipulate shareholder interest.

Maybe the SEC again should look into your
activities, because maybe they missed something
that you didn't disclose.
