Did you perhaps mean "reserved" instead of "received"? If so, the Q's announcement of the deal with TI says: "The companies' current patents, as well as future patents filed prior to or on December 31, 2005, are cross-licensed on a worldwide basis." Serious boost for TI if this is the case.
