Greenspan has no interest in seeing a stock market rally at this time... No cut will be forthcoming, IMO, and we will be setting up to make yet another lower low. I hate to see it happen, but perhaps it will be healthier for the market long term, to build a base at a lower level, and then build up from there.. rok
