That's exactly my point. Based on their last meeting the FED was still emphasizing their concerns about inflation, so I also believe were not going to see a rate cut. Other than the financial crisis in 98, Greenspan and the FED have proven to be methodical in their approach to their work. Their inevitable reaction to market conditions will take time to play out. That is why I believe the overall chart conditions are saying that there is more weakness ahead.
