ELNT has dropped dramatically lately, IMHO, primarily because it is more volatile and people get panicked out of it easier. It has relatively low Shares O/S and float. IMHO, that's the biggest reason by far especially when it had little basing and chart support on the way up (which scared people into selling). Low O/S is a curse in a down market and a blessing during rallies. People need to see it stabilize for a while. If it does we should be fine. If it tanks further, then we hopefully all have cash to buy more.

You're right, the stock has acted like it warned bigtime and/or it has a crazy valuation, but in fact it's just the opposite. It is among the highest growing and most reasonably valued of all the tech stocks.

It also got a bad rap about it being in the DSL sector, but that is a very tiny part of its overall revunue. I am told 11% or so, which compared the optical storage, CD-RW and other hot sectors is very non-worrisome.

Crazy, huh?
