Re : OXY - You may want to read about two weeks of the posts about OXY at Yahoo. Seems some people (Wall Street, major institutions) are not thrilled with management...may explain low P/E I own OXY, plus calls on OXY. The stock's price seems to have problems rising. Sky high California prices could be the catalyst that moves it. I figure it will break ou at some point.
