Return on Equity: Sometimes it is hard to figure the return on equity. Using 50% upfront money (Veeerrry risky) a person could possibly get 200% return on a stock that went to zero.

More common would be to reuse the release of equity on a slow dropping stock. So how much return?? Beats the heck outta me!!! :0)
