MAry, They have been delayed too often. Shis shows that experienced managers are not at the helm, but instead we have the founders wasting their time playing at managinh when they should delegate to managers and do the tech stuff that made them great. Partly growing pains, partly a refusal to let go the reins of power, not neccessarily fatal. Concept good and valid. Bill
