Yes, breaking yesterday's intraday low would be bad. Since that low, the best the stock could do was reach the top of its downtrending channel. The trend downwards is still intact. This could be the bottom, but for that to be the case, we will have to see high volume - something approaching 120 MM shares in a day, without closing below $28. If that happens, then it might be worth a play (except for the fact there are far better stocks out there like SSTI - Forward PE less than 5, forward growth rate of 100%, patents controlling industry standard low density flash).
