'right on the money'. growth has tempered from IDCC's 18% overall average to 15%.

if being 'right on the money' means that you cut the value of companies by 2/3rds because the growth rate has tempered by 3%, then so be it.

'right on the money' is a temporary condition which swings wildly both ways.
