Sorry, I misunderstood. Thought all those other undervotes and overvotes had been counted. They were rejected as no votes or invalid votes. The absentee ballot issue is something else. Have seen, or heard at least a hundred claims that the absentee ballots in California have not been counted. They have and they should diminish any popular vote advantage that Gore may still hold.
