I had the same problem Bob. I could find no hard figures. The only reference that gave any clue was this one: Legislative pressures on lead-free solders are mounting worldwide and implementation could generate 25-30,000 tpa. new tin use.

As tin is already a major part of lead/tin solder (most solders are 60/40 or 50/50) and the new alloys proposed use up to 80% to 90% tin we can roughly extrapolate that the change over to lead free solder involves about 60,000 tons of solder per annum. That would only increase silver use by somewhere between 1,500 and 2000 tons pa.
