I agree that it won't change the outcome, but here is JJ, the Democrats, and all the media on this...."Every vot should be counted"..... This AM, I heard someone (believe it was Katie on Today Show say that 'with Gore nearly 1/2 million ahead in the popular vote....' Actually, the last time I heard, it was about 350,000 "ahead".....and IF ALL the absentee votes were counted throughout the country, I would wager that Mr. Bush would actually be ahead in the popular vote as well....

Who makes the decision NOT to count votes? Is it each state?
