Good move, channel people's frustration at the stolen election into procedural changes. It matters much less that all areas use exactly the same system as it does to have a federally approved procedure for guarenteeing the accuracy of the system they have. Not only would one size not fit all, but you could never try out new and improved systems for later adoption.

The machines did not steal this election, Junior George stole the election.
