Dave: I really don't have a clue. It seems, in this case, that liability could be extreme. I've long begged for BIO to police the sector. Not speaking directly to the MAXM situation, but maybe we need some criminal charges on top of civil issues to send a lasting message. We absolutely need an agency to apply Good Housekeeping seal of approval. Rick
