Walt,

I looked up the codes in the BC website.
45 apparently is 4,5 and means 4-director and 5-senior officer.
0=direct ownership;1=indirect; 2=control or direction.
Class is preferred (PF) and common (CM). Nature is 20=private acquisition or disposition 76=exercise of option.
78 they didn't have a code for.
Now looking at the chart, it still confuses me. For example, when he has 37,500 shares and then acquires 410,000 more, you'd think the balance would be 447,500, but it's 410,000. I think there's another spot where he has 280,000, gets 10,300 more, and the balance goes to 10,300. I just don't get it. Oh well. It does seem that he at one time had 410,000 shares and now has considerably less.
