A touch pad, track ball or similar device could be added to the phone, as opposed to using only the phone keys for 'mouse control'. Looking at the pictured phone, a touch pad like those used by many laptops could be designed onto the earpiece side with 'relative' ease. Only issue is 'typing' one handed on the keypad, IMO, since you would be holding the phone with the other hand. The nice thing about a configuration like this would be that the system could be user selectable for left or right side users. Software could be used to flip the picture depending on right or left side use.
