You pose some interesting thoughts. If short position is not held by MM's, seems
like it would have to be an insider, someone "in the know".
If UPR, I still think all of us who hold will win in the end. IMHO, this
would mean that EM-Sounder works big-time. They may try to shake out
weak hands to accumulate, but they gotta buy our shares to buy IMMM
(don't they?).
Earlier, I received an e-mail voting for option C. in my post #948. E-mail
provided a link to SEC's Office of Investor Education and Assistance.
FWIW, I e-mailed the SEC, posted my concerns with some #'s from a day
of "tick watching". Didn't send it as a letter of accusation, but one
of concern. Don't know if it'll do any good, but can't hurt to ask.
