I did hear one state, maybe New York, only counts the military votes if it is close, and not otherwise.

I wish they would count the military votes too; not just to shut up Gore if it turns out he did not win the popular vote; but the military vote is not being counted, at least only in certain states. Not fair for the military.

C-Span is showing the electoral voting in Pennsylvania now, although it looks like it's almost over. Gore won PA.
