Frank, don't count on finding any SEC filings anywhere, this may be a "non-reporting" company, which means basic info such as number of shares outstanding, finances, etc. will NEVER be available. I bought 29,000 shares of one such company at 5 cents once thinking it was a bargain.....couple of weeks later sold them for 9 -TENTHS of one cent after the company declared bankruptcy with NO prior notice.

If you just want to buy an empty shell that SAYS they have plans to do something, check into DACQ, not sure they are claiming to DO anything anymore, but the shares are much cheaper than this one.
