Are you saying that the ability to read is a requirement to vote in the U.S.?

If not, would you agree that the disenfranchisement of those who cannot read cost Gore the election, and that Dubious George is an illegitimate president who stole the election?

The way I read the Florida Statutes, the ability to read is not a perequisite.
