earlie, excessive debt, whether for a company, a sector
or an economy, can be a devastating situation to be in.

Since then, by paying
inordinate attention to the debt situations in companies, we have managed to extract a decent return simply by shorting only those companies that were in or heading for the bankruptcy courts.

you and anyone who wants to do scans of companies
with bonds that are paying the really high yields like 45 and 70%, (indicating that the common may be going to zero
at some point) should check out the below site.

tradebonds.com

On that site you can go get bond quotes and get corp.
bonds ranked by grade and see the big discount and thus
very high yields from some of the junk debt.

That can give a nice heads up of common stocks that could
have further downside.
