Wilder, Remember the PRs from CALP & Aclara that both seemed to claim victory? It's clearer now: siliconinvestor.com ACLA's view: siliconinvestor.com Apparently it's a draw. They get to pay their attorneys and keep selling their products. Sheesh. Wonder how this might affect NGEN/MOT, and various other patent battles in this space. Cheers, Tuck
