But it is the best, so it will be one of the winners that participates in the rally. Trouble is, CSCO is just starting to break down, while stocks like INTC/SUNW have been downgraded countless times and have seen the worst. Anyway the market aint rallying without CSCO so... P.S. Nikkei 225 12-29-89 --- 38,957 10-01-90 --- 19,782 decline of 50.77% (sound familiar??) 03-18-91 --- 27,270 rally of 37.85% (sound familiar??)
