I do want to short on a rally. But there is NO rally, correct? So I want to buy for a rally then after the rally plays out go short.

I believe rally first, then lower.

CSCO is not cheap. But it is the best, so it will be one of the winners that participates in the rally. Trouble is, CSCO is just starting to break down, while stocks like INTC/SUNW have been downgraded countless times and have seen the worst. Anyway the market aint rallying without CSCO so...

P.S.
