Attention: To those not wanting to renew
If you have renewed yearly, keep close attention to the date of your renewal and do NOT expect to be notified of the charge date upcoming on your credit card. Pristine will charge you automatically and does not feel compelled to let you know when your renewal is upon you nor do they feel compelled to send you an e-mail to let you know the date they have charged your card.

I was "lucky" because I was issued a refund minus the month that it took for me to find out I was charged. It is not the standard practice at Pristine to issue refunds, so again I should be grateful, but I do not think this is a good or honorable standard MO for a service that is accustomed to issuing daily e-mails. This is apparently in the terms. So, do yourself a favor and send yourself a yearly reminder reminder that you will be automatically and without notice charged.

While I do not think it is a good business practice, nor is it consistent with other automatic charges I have for other services, people should remain aware that this is the standard MO for this service.

This is neither an appeal to people to not join and not a criticism of the quality of the service, just an observation about how it is run.

Best of luck to all...now back to your regularly scheduled posters.
