Regarding promotion...again to mention my local Subway sub shop. Not only did the store manager say the whole Canadian Subway order was sold out and they needed to re-order less conservatively this time, but also, a bottle is placed right out on the counter near the cash with a "Try Me" sign. Don't know if that is Subway policy. But as many of you are aware there are many thousand Subway shops in North America, something like 6,000? All the adults (including me) joke about the syrupy sweet product, but for now anyway it seems to be flavour of the month. They could ride this for a couple of years.
