I think they changed the bias when AG spoke a week or so ago and now he is ready to cut! Why did he speak so plainly the other day as to what he was thinking when he knew this meeting was just around the corner? I think he knew that if he came out of the clear blue sky tomorrow and cut interest rates it would have scared a lot of people, where as he used his speech to go to a nuetral bias so he could cut tomorrow! I also believe the meeting he had with Bush today was very important and would not be surprised to see him helping Bush get off on the right foot with a cut. Look at the T-bill and T-bonds and what they have been doing. I do not believe the Fed likes to get behind too far from what the markets are telling he and us as to what the economy is looking like!
