OK... If I Bought it at 3 and Sold it for 12, that's a profit of 9... let's see... 12 less my cost of 3 = 9.

Now... I made 9 on the transaction which cost me 3 (my Investment)...

The ROI (return on Investment) is 9 divided by 3 = 3 or 300%.

Am I missing something here?!

What is the difference when you buy or sell or sell or buy?
