Robert J. Ulrich, CEO Target.com 777 Nicollet Mall Minneapolis, ME 55402-2055 Dear Mr. Ulrich, I am writing to express my with the anger with the information availability at Target.com. Let me briefly recount my experience: re. order 40220536 at Target.com, placed for a child's Christmas present on 12/1/00. Received email on 12/1 indicating that delivery would be made within 7-10 business days. Having not received it by today (12/18), I logged onto the website to check on the order's status. It was listed as "processing order". I called your toll free number and was informed that the item was not available. Someone should gently grab your testicles and feed them to you. Richard Harmon
