Is this for real? Rain? RAIN? What kind of fiber do these guys make -- flax? "Joseph P. Kealy, chairman and chief executive officer of the company, said, "During this quarter to date, we had 25 days, or 48% of the total business days, in which we have been unable to work on significant projects in Texas as a result of record rainfall during the months of October and November. The jobs impacted constituted as much as 40% of our expected revenues for the fourth quarter."
