People like asenna used to assert that Dwight Eisenhower, one of the great generals of history, was too stupid and lacking in leadership qualities to be president. He probably would have made fun of Napoleon's stature and accent (Corsica was originally Italian, and spoke French in a provincial way). Or he would have made hay out of the fact that Augustus Caesar would not have become emperor had he not been Julius's nephew, or that Moses had a speech impediment and had to have Aaron talk for him........
