WHY FED MUST CUT NOW: Looking at the differences in the 94 rate hikes compared to the recent. First of all the Japan stock market was stable, Fed moved very fast to stay in front of curve and growth prospered in second half of 95.

I have never seen so many companies warn, I know expectations were too high but we are definitely in an ECONOMIC DEATH SPIRAL!! Look at the recent numbers and it says recession will be looming by the end of the summer. I DO NOT believe the FED can save us unless they act VERY QUICKLY. I said it back in the spring and I will say it again, it was not necessary to raise .50 in may!!. Brinker agrees and unfortunately its the small stocks that are having the biggest problems.

So I hope Greeny does the right thing for the WORLD ECONOMY not just the US. I do believe RECESSION is coming to japan and if it does it will spread like wild fire to the rest of ASIA. No one on this board or else where considers ASIA as a reason to cut, but I do!!

I predict we will get .25 and A rally in the NASD. But only hold for trading............NO MORE LONG TERM HOLDS at least for me!!

Good luck all!
