Joe: In the past, the primary target for the leading edge process technologies were the highest performance parts. Not in the case of Intel. As someone else stated, they have a history of using their new process to make mobile chips, not high-performance chips. The advantages of this are obvious: - Relatively low volume means relatively low risk. - High ASP <--- Large benefit, since heat dissipation is lowered significantly. -fyo
