If they can pull that off, they'll be doing great. 10% of their wafer starts would cover the entire midrange and high end notebook market - and in that time frame they expect to facing competition from AMD.

Given that it's their first attempt at copper, and their first attempt at .13, that is likely an upper bound. To come close to that figure would be a great effort on Intel's part.
