Richard, the South will not have such a problem. I suspect they will have another type of problem, oversupply and merchant plants not making much money.

Where do you think dozens of CC plants are being built as we speak. Texas, Oklohoma, Alabama, Georgia, etc.

Relatively easy site permitting and friendly communities make a big difference.

The only exception maybe Florida, they have dominating utilities and regulators that limit development.
