Calm down, George. It's over. Really. Just for you I am going to find the provision in the Constitution, cut and paste, and bring it back for you on edit.

So Gore opens the Certificates, but it doesn't say Gore counts them. Duplicate copies are, or will be, sent to the National Archives and will be posted on the Internet, and the states keep copies. When the Constitution was adopted, nobody trusted anybody. Just like now.
