imo not really,as i believe the debt deflation cycle has begun. a situation akin to the early 30's , or '90's Japan. yes, bank stocks have been rallying in spite of the problems that have emerged so far. but my guess would be that the problems will gradually worsen at first, until we're buried in an avalanche of loan loss related announcements.

remind me later to comment a bit on the interest rate/inventory cycle.
