Two data feeds show that Qualcomm's stock went from $90 to $11 and back to $89 between 10:40am and 11:05am EST. Did that really happen?

I ran the PEG of Q between 10:40 and 11:05 AM EST today and determined that the share price of $11 represented value from a variety of angles and growth rates. It may have been the buy of the year and I'm sorry you missed adding any additional shares at that price. Even $14 looked pretty good.
