It was a 5-4 decision. Only 5 justices said that the votes should not be counted.

Four justices said all votes should be counted.

Of the 5 against counting all votes, one had expressed her dismay in public at the very possibility of Gore winning. One had two sons with financial interests in the outcome of the case. One had a wife with a financial interest in the outcome of the case.

President Idiot is the laughing stock of the entire world, he will accomplish nothing.
