Your two quotes contradict, a connumdrum that makes the sector hell to play.

That's for sure. I suppose it will take 1 or 2 quarters of earnings and outlooks, or confirmation from the telcos of increased spending in the optical area in order for confidence to return.

NUFO and FNSR not happy today. SBC is all I can find, or maybe just some profit taking.
