I will bet you that the pro's knew the news wasn't properly interpreted, and they shorted CSCO bigtime while buying up financial stocks. This in my mind is a headfake to give the appearence of a market correction all the while the big money is buying up other stocks.
Lets face it, the pro's know that everyone watches CSCO so what better way to buy up a bunch of stocks than to short the hell out of the stock that everyone follows and buy up other stocks. After all, the Nasdaq only went down about 26 points yesterday even though CSCO had one of its worst days in a long time.
