Bush's proposed tax cut is pretty much a minor incision. Saying "a $1.3tril tax cut", makes it sound big, but thats over a 10 year period where the GDP total might be over $100 trillion.

Tim,

I was treating Bush's tax cut as being in addition to a fed cut....the two of them aka open heart surgery. Can't go anywhere without a fed cut; won't go anywhere with a Bush cut only.
